Apple Cider Vinegar for a Cold?

Apple Cider Vinegar for a Cold?

It is common place to use natural remedies to fight viral infections. Apple cider
vinegar is most commonly used as a preventative and has endless health benefits.
One of which is clearing sinuses.  For people who are prone to sinus a
regular supplement of apple cider vinegar can be enough to prevent a trip
to the doctor for an anti-biotic.

I recently came down with a terrible cold. The worst of colds: soar throat,
stuffy, green saliva, and that soar exhausted feeling constantly. I started taking
just a few spoon full's of apple cider vinegar a day. Instantly after taking the
vinegar my nasal track was relieved similar to how a strong mint opens your
air ways. In the coming few days I continued taking a few spoon full's of
apple cider vinegar, and being on the "college kid" budget I didn't purchase
any other forms of medication. After the 3rd day or so I felt like a million
bucks. I couldn't believe it. How cheap it is. How fast it worked. And then
come to find all of the other benefits to taking apple cider vinegar regularly.
