Green Pepper Flakes Yum

By far one of my favorite spices to use. When 

creating seasonings with a little bit of a bit

I often turn to green pepper flakes. They are 

quite hard to find in any supermarket. I would 

recommend purchasing them wholesale from an

online wholesale spice vendor. You will go 

through it quicker than you think, because it just has

an amazing unique flavor that you can't live

without after trying.

Tuscan Blend

My most popular poultry seasoning is

the Tuscan Blend. Tuscan Blend is a 

mixture of mostly common herbs and 

spices. But the blend does carry 

some exotic accents. For instance one

of the most important ingredients in 

the blend is tomato powder. Not a very

easy find in your local supermarket. 

Tomato powder makes up about 15 to 

20 percent of the entire blend. 

Now something truly exotic...

Lemon crystals

Lemon crystals only make up less than 

5% of the blend, but are essential to it's

all around taste. The subtle zing the small 

amount of lemon crystals truly makes 

the blend stand out against others.

Been having a lot of requests for more poultry seasoning, even though we offer a wide variety of poultry seasoning. I'm going to have to look into how we structure the site, and how to make a seasoning's description easier to understand. :/

New Samples In Today!

Just got some new samples in. The sweet hungarian paprika is insane! 

The middle photo is of hickory smoke powder. The smell allow

will make your mouth water. It has been blending wonderfully 

with some of our popular BBQ rubs.

The final photo is of some above average ground cumin.

A common household spice.
